Had a great hunt with Americana for Barren Ground Musk Ox. Thanks to FirstAir my bow was left in Edmonton. One of our guides had an old Bowtech that I used... I will be going back for my Polar bear next April. Next up black bear, then stone sheep this August.

The whole story of your hunt is just incredible. Well done! Uncommon perseverance is an understatement.

The bow set up is a whole other story lol. He is a very old bull. he should score mid 120 area...

You can't really compare the score of a mainland Muskox with an island ox. The ones in Alaska are ALL "Greenland" aka "island" Muskox.

Kugluktuk is arguably the very best place to kill a very high scoring Muskox. It's likely that the future worlds record(s) will come from there. Odds are against them using a borrowed bow though!

Nice job Spencer!

How the heck do you keep those glasses from fogging? (I've never been able to solve that problem)

Best Wishes, Jeff
