MT sheep moose goat this week ?

I'm thinking Tuesday after 5 pm. I only did moose and goat. I have 4 points appling for a ewe tag. So I can apply next year for a ram tag with 4 points.
I am getting excited, I put in for a ewe first choice. Hope that I get to hunt my first bighorn sheep!

I found out I was unsuccessful for sheep but goat was still pending so went back to check and the site is DOWN.
I can get in now, only when I get to where I enter my ALS number, there is no verification code to copy to the box.

Sure wish we could get all these drawings behind us by like February or March so we could get time off planned out...
I agree Treeline. It is nice that they're staggered, but they could all be bunched up a bit more.
California had their draw done and results posted a week-and-a-half after the deadline. With the vast majority of apps being electronic, there's no reason they can't get these done sooner. If CA can do it fast, anyone can do it fast.
I never understood why WY can do their elk draw in under 4 weeks, but need over two months to do moose/sheep/goat.
Same goes for some other states that take over two months to hold their draws and post results.
AZ archery deer hunting season starts far too close to when results are posted. Most people need more time to request time off of work. NV deer/elk/CA bighorn really need to be posted earlier too, for how soon they start.
NADA...I'm pretty sure I'll draw Bison though! ;).

Another 0-fer. Nice to know this site is big enough to get one lucky drawer. Of course, trapper now has to do his extended family proud. No pressure though.
Even though it is for one of the Unlimited units, it's still pretty cool to see "successful" beside my name when checking sheep drawing results. I'm going to take an armed "hiking trip" in Montana this fall.

City, it was pretty much the same, apply by mail but it was a lot cheaper and didn't have the application fees that they rake us for now. There wasn't much info on where or how to apply. I would read the magazines like Outdoor Life and when a story about a lucky hunter got a big ram showed up, that was where I would apply. I suppose everybody else did the same thing, lol.
Hoping for a sheep tag, like everyone else (congrats Trapper), but can't complain about drawing a moose tag; 308-50 (Big Sky resort area).

While looking at the list of successful applicants in 680 I did not see your name. The nonresidents that drew that tag were from ND and CA(woman).
Hope you drew another area. It would be a bummer to be excited about an accidental 680 ewe tag.

I do know a guy who drew a ewe tag this year with 15 points. Ouch.
I'm going to give it a couple more years for a ram tag. Once my kids are out of college I'll be burning 20 points on a ewe tag like a hot potato!
I am new to the forum, and had a question for Wyo_elk... How do you look up the successful applicants? Is it available online?
cityhunter: I applied, and drew a couple of awesome tags, and would like to know who the other successful applicants were. It looks like I may be bumping into Trapper in the field as we chase some rams, and it would be nice to know who else will be out there.

Just for clarification, It appeared that Wy_elk had the list of 680-20 winners. I am on that list, and also drew a 334 moose tag, and wanted to see how he got the list. I might just have to go check at FWP headquarters on Monday, and see if they can give me the info.

I have never seen a list of hunters that drew tags for any given area. But I have seen a list of all the names that drew tags by name at the F&G office.
I drew unit 330 mountain goat. Anyone familiar with the North Absaroaka's?
