I apply online in every state I can, which is all of them save Colorado, which won't let non-residents apply online for sheep for some strange reason.

Which refund is this for? I didn't think you had to float tag fees in Arizona?

So you front the tag fees when you don't have to? Do you pay the outfitter or do you pay AZGFD?

If you dont do it online in AZ, you have to send in the check with the paper application.
