Where to hunt a black buck in the U.S. ?

Would like to do a black buck hunt and assume that means somewhere in Texas. Anyone been on an archery hunt and can urecommend a ranch or outfitter. Not really wanting to spend huge dollars but would like to take a nice representative of the species.

Wilderness hunting lodge in tn has them, it is a high fence hunt though, if that matters to you.
