I bought some. it absolutely sucks. I have a test video on youtube where I shot a dead gobbler I strung up. did minimal damage. I even had problems with them opening up during flight.

Thanks for info. I shot vortex for years they stopped making them I had really good luck with them.

Wife used one a few weeks ago on a doe out of her crossbow and it killed the deer but I'm pretty sure it did not open, really small hole and zero blood, will be taking the other two out of her quiver. FYI Vortex are back in production, I have six on the way.

I use heavy fixed blade broadheads for deer hunting - 175 grain.

i shoot the NAP FOC mechanicals for turkeys - its a cross bow head and it is devastating from my compound on a turkey - never had a pass through and always has knocked them off there feet.
