That might not be genetics. Late summer nutrition might have had an influence. Probably not because his 2nds and 3rds finished strong, but maybe.

The forks are where you generate score and he's getting there but his fronts are very weak. Beautiful young buck!

Nice young deer. Lots of places you could hunt a good while and not see anything better. Plenty guys wouldn't shoot those, but they have a lot more mulies with their bow than I do....... have filled last second archery combo tags with similar deer and came home with some meat.
