Take Action Now! Arizona Sportsmen and women should contact their State Senator and let them know the harmful repercussions of Senate Bill 1182. Please, ask your Senator to “OPPOSE SB 1182”. Currently SB 1182 is before the Senate Natural Resources, Energy and Water Committee. Arizona sportsmen can contact their State Senator by using the Sportsmen’s Alliance’s Legislative Action Center.

Arizona State Senator Steve Farley (D-Tucson) has proposed legislation that would ban mountain lion and bobcat hunting for Arizona sportsmen. Senate Bill 1182 would categorize both cats as protected.

Sounds like he needs to move a little further west to the land of fruits and nuts!

The moron that introduced the bill was from CA and relocated to AZ to create a mess there.

Saw a post from this goofball Senator that he has decided not to proceed with this nonsense after speaking with AZ G&F and a few Wildlife Biologists.

Easy to read between the lines. Writing a bill without knowing the facts? I mean, has this guy ever even saw a lion or bob?...pathetic.

S.O.P. for him and his type, all emotion and no facts.

Has a " D" behind his name....hmmmm, that's weird...

Glad to hear it! Something about that "D" is often a red light warning of shameless stupidity.

Here in CO one of our notorious "D" US Reps gave a press conference where she patiently explained that gun magazines are actually "ammunition" and after they are shot, they will be off the street. The sheriffs standing behind her, who were there to speak against the magazine limit bill, started laughing. One of them took the microphone, explained that they can be reloaded, and suggested the honorable representative may want to learn something about firearms before proposing laws to restrict them.

She then doubled-down and said she was confusing "magazines" with "clips". Hello.....

Yeah, not to get political, but actually everything does boil down to mindset/concept fo reality, which is politics really...some local "D's" may be good ol boys but they always end up aligning with the far left that runs the party now, and they are ALWAYS the ones trying to restrict my way of life. I'm done...can't even talk to them these days, they are so far out in left field.
