Thanks to Matt, Cheryl, Randy and that little hog tracking machine (she found 2 for us). You are all great and help make our hunt very enjoyable. We took 5 hogs. Tyson shot the largest, 220 lbs, Dylan, Jason & Joe shot there 1st Hogs, Caleb took a good hog and I shot one we didn't recover, I guess the shot must of been a little high. Makes a guy sick. We had a great time and are booked for next February. That's along time to wait for redemption.

Sorry for the double posts. Caleb setup my phone to post under his name. The coverage wasn't the greatest so sometimes I didn't know that they went thru. I hope everyone that follows us has as good of time as we did.

We left the ladies at home. I just wanted to let you know the butcher, Tim Green did a great job. The sausage was very good and the hot link is the best I've ever had. He is close right in Stonewall.

I agree, his sausage was a hit with my friends as well. No grease in the pan when you cook it, either. Lean and tasty.

Sounds like I might have to give him a try in June when down there for Pork 11. I have a guy here who adds some bacon trimmings to my hot breakfast sausage that is really good. He makes hot links as well huh....sounds good.

Bad Karma and Foxwillkill, do you have contact info for Tim Green?

Mike, check your PM's. I won't put his cell number out on the internet.

Thanks BK. Can you tell me about his pricing? Do you think he could process several hogs over a weekend and have the meat ready on a Sunday morning?
From: bad karma
19-Apr-17
He charged $60/hog, and did 5 or so Thursday night for Friday morning. I can't commit for him, but I think you'll be very happy with how he handles the last minute stuff.

No surprise here. Good people to go Shiloh Ranch, and have an excellent hunt. Happens darn near every week.
