Saskatchewan Minister on bowhunting

In late March there was a thread started up that said Saskatchewan government was considering eliminating special bowhunting seasons. I felt compelled to write a letter of support for Saskatchewan's bowhunters. I also questioned why Saskatchewan doesn't allow any hunters from outside of Saskatchewan to hunt mule deer. Here is the response I just received from the Minister of the Environment, Mr. Scott Moe.
