Sorry Unit 2C. I plan on talking to landowner in the coming weeks but wanted to get an unbiased view on my draw.

If it were public land, I'd say you nearly won the lottery.
Finding a big buck is very doable, but you will need to work for it. Finding good deer is even more doable. 2C is canyon country, sage flats, and pinion/juniper.
Not sure about private...
