A whole bunch of those Russian moose are killed from helicopters. If the shooter gets out, they then push the moose with the chopper towards the shooter. Sometimes, the shooter doesn't even get out of the helicopter.
My point in sharing that information is to firmly take the position that giant heads from Alaska and the Yukon deserve more recognition as earned and properly hunted.
I was party to a conversation among wealthy Mexicans during which they discussed shooting 4 bulls over 65" in a single day. Granted, that sounds like a hell of a good time, just not the same as a hard earned Alaska rack.
