I first met William "Bubba" Graves on this very site nearly 25 years ago. Here is the first of a two part video we have been working on for the past year and a half titled "Longbows at Low Tide". We expect to have Part 2 ready later next month. Hope you enjoy!

Very good work with a wonderful visual perspective on the "uber-fair chase" element of traditional archery equipment. Too bad about the pancake.
Owl said "Too bad about the pancake." .
Looked much better than the improvised "Trail mix". HA!!
Well done video Steve. Looking forward to seeing the rest.
Classy ..... nice touches guys ,enjoyed immensely.
Very nice... thanks for sharing.
Enjoyed it. Can't wait for part II.
Have not heard the names BIll Graves and Ben Pinney on here for a very long time. Good to see they are still out enjoying life.
Very well done! Looking forward to II.
"Have not heard the names BIll Graves and Ben Pinney on here for a very long time. Good to see they are still out enjoying life."
Bubba is retired from the Army after a round of kicking in doors in Fookedupastan. Ben P. is all grown up, a lurker here, and has a thriving dental practice in Juneau, AK.
Good to hear. With a boat named Toxophilus, figured Ben to still be into hunting with the longbow. ;-)
That was pretty cool Steve..... really well done. Kind of in the style of the old American Sportsman shows and Fred Bear clips, not the rock and roll trend of so many current videos..... waiting for part deux......
"...I have the shoes, ask Steve whats the brand name of the hip boots..." I asked Steve and he said they were Cabelas/Herters stockingfoot hipboots, about $60.
What a great adventure, thanks for sharing here...looking forward to Pt2
Well done Steve and all. To quiet my hip boots, I wrapped the uppers with Stealth Wrap from StealthOutdoors in Michigan. It is peel and stick camo cloth like mole skin for covering tree stands. I got a wide peice and tapper cut it to cover uppers. We kind of live in hip boots on hunts in AK and they need to be quiet. Thanks again, Mike
Good video Steve. Thanks for sharing with us.
