Wow! Our trip to South Africa with Limcroma Safaris was amazing! It was our first time to South Africa but every aspect of their operation exceeded my expectations. The lodging and food were superb! I should have brought a bigger pair of pants to fly home in! Our PH was Hardus. He is the newest PH on their staff I believe. He is very professional, patient, and methodical. He picked older, mature animals that were past their prime or at their peak. I am thrilled with each and every one of the animals I took. All of the staff at Limcroma were very kind and gracious. I felt like they were family by the time we left. Pictures cannot come close to describing what this experience was like in person. I would highly recommend considering Limcroma for your safari!

Many of the blinds are very roomy. This the first afternoon hut. We stayed the night in Joberg at the Afton House upon arrival.

One way mirror. The Hornbill birds peck at these and some are actually cracked from it. It doesnt phase the animals even slightly.

48 inch Kudu. There are much bigger bulls but this one was mature and quartering away at exactly 30 yards. Magnus Black Hornet, complete pass through. Down in 70 yards.

I've bow hunted at Limcroma in 2014 for planes game & a few weeks ago for Cape Buffalo. Limcroma is outstanding. Only problem is once to hunt there, you will continually want to go back.

My next Limcroma trip will be in 2019... Love the outfitter.

Glad you had a great time. My wife and I really enjoyed talking to you two at Afton Guest House at the start of your trip. We had an awesome time in Namibia as well. Thanks for posting. I was hoping to see how you did. Mike

A kudu died of unknown causes so we put a trail cam up to see what would come in. Vultures had done all of this in two days! They didnt come back.

Razorsharp, I also just returned from my first trip to Africa with Ultimate Hunting Safaris, and scrolling through your pics I started to laugh because I have many of the same pictures. We found a rhino laying down as well, and you pic of the Crimson breasted Shrike is nearly identical to mine. And like you, what I experienced far exceeded my wildest dreams.

Congrats on a hunt well done.

You're planning your next trip, aren't ya?

Looks like you did very well! Congrats. We also hunted with them in 2015 and other than a few questionable characters in camp with us, (JW probably saw it the same way, only from a different perspective ;-) we had an incredible time over there. First class in every aspect.

Congrats on what appears to be a great first hunt in Africa! That was some excellent shooting too. I'm sure you are already trying to figure out how and when you will return. It's addictive and you have just scratched the surface. :-) Nice to see your girlfriend being so into it and excited for you sharing those treasured moments. Limcroma is one of the good ones for sure. I think I gained near 10 lbs the last time I hunted with them too. Hard to turn down all that wonderful game meat served to perfection.

Razorsharp,

Thank you for taking the time to post your amazing photos and videos of your recent safari with us at Limcroma. You certainly took some fantastic animals! It was our sincere pleasure to host you both on a very successful trip. You are now part of our extended Limcroma family, and we look forward to having you back in camp with us again very soon! We will keep the camp fire burning and a sundowner at the ready for you both upon your return...!
