My brother just sent me this photo and never saw her before. Looks like a tumor rather than an injury. She seems to be doing good and these animals can adapt very well, but I can't imagine it would feel too good.

Possibly a rupture?

Got a pic of a doe this summer with a similar affliction. Several years ago, I got a bunch of pics of a doe that had a baseball sized growth under her bottom jaw. I ended up killing her, but couldn't bring myself to cut the growth open to see what it was ! Also got a pic of a young buck with a huge growth between his front legs in the brisket area.

I never thought of that t-roy maybe a hernia. Possibly a rupture or problem during birth. Wonder if that growth on the deer you posted is still growing.

I believe she is a stripper that's had a boob job. You know how some of them go overboard. ??

Looks like she's been drinking out of Jaquomo's pond.

That's most likely an inguinal or body wall herniation; she may have had issues fawning. T-Roy; the lump on your deer is likely an abscess or a hematoma based on the location.

blaze.... that's kinda my guess as well. Probably the same on the doe I shot.
Manitou1......I think she will be featured on the next episode of "Botched"!

Yeah I would definitely have to say they had her head where her feet should've been on the operating table

We could help her by taking some of the fawns, but they are still spotted.

Troy I got a buck like that this year also. This is the first I have ever gotten any with any growths on them. He has it on his front by his brisket and just started getting pictures of him.
