This was after we watched the buck fall
After shooting over the back of a 6 pointer on opening day 10/1 Evan made a great 20 yard shot on this 4 pointer at 7:15 a.m. this morning. The deer was quartering away when he mepped to stop it and the shot was perfect. The arrow stopped just inside the heart. We watched the buck fall over 50 yards away!

Evan Congratulations on your First Buck, and hopefully many more. I was lucky enough to get the First Buck I shot at,even the first deer, but he went a "LOT" farther than 50 yards.LOL. But that was 40 years ago.

Thanks guys! It's been a great week sitting in the stand with my son! He has made me proud! Yesterday he texted me on the bus heading home from school and asked "are we hunting" because he did not have golf practice. I said I wouldn't be home in time but we'll go in the morning. I love to feed his passion for fishing and hunting it has really been special
