For those of you that haven't used the newer style of KME broadhead sharpener.....do yourself a favor and get one. It now has an adjustment that allows you to fine tune the bevel.

Here is my setup:. 12" square piece of 1/4" plexiglass and 3 strips of sandpaper (220, 400, 600). Then I stropped on a small piece of fruit roll up box with Herb's Yellowstone stropping compound. With a sharpie and 5 minutes I had this Killzone blade popping hair. Add another ulra fine grit sandpaper in between the stropping and you could easily have a polished edge.

I will add another grit in between the 600 and cardboard but I won't worry about it after that. Right now it is sharper than factory.
