I just spent a week with a fake “outfitter” in Palmer, KS. Monster Rack Adventures. Stands across the line. Saw 9 deer in a week. Multiple problems with this oufitter. Be aware.
share details please
You should at least submit an outfitter report.
Putting any outfitter in such a negative way needs at least. An explanation to base it on.....????
Agree, please share your experience via an Outfitter Report.
Hnf their website says its semi guided they take you to farms show you some trees and your in your own. How can it be the outfitters fault since they only provide food lodging and directions. Maybe your just not up to it and blame the outfitter.
What on earth did you expect?! You don't even have to be licensed in KS to guide anymore!
Sounds like a good name for a porn movie, not an outfitter.
lol we went over 50% as a success rate this year, with semi-guided hunts, how'd we go wrong

Bou inquiring for deets....lolol....
The original poster should at least post his real name if he expects credibility......
It's 'cuz them Kansas deer are so much smarter then them Bama deer.

Cheap hunts are cheap
Awful lot of the bait and tease threads lately?
MRA,if I were an outfitter getting ripped like that for the world to see,,at least I'd call out the op to air it out,,hey if you run a stand up operation,I think you should defend your side ...I run a fishing guide outfit,so I'm just speaking from my thinking,if your gonna tell every one to steer clear of me,I wanna know why....

I agree with TSI. Seems to be a bit of trollin' going on on Bowsite lately.
He called it Fraud... where's the button for the ejection seat?
and ...so ...like ,I didn't even know Monster's had racks????.........Omg whatever?????
Went out with a monster once that had a heck of a rack....... still a monster though......
TD, a nice rack will make up for a lot of monster....for a while.
lol I'm trying to picture Genesis saying "omg whatever"
Midwest,,,,,,hence forth known as "rack blindness ",
This thread is a major disappointment.............
I thought it was common knowledge that most monster racks were frauds?! LOL
A fraudulent monster rack? Talk about bait and switch!
From: Mule Power
I crack up when you see 99 hunters giving a 2 thumbs up and 1 guy says worst outfitter ever.
Turkey Bowmaster is that you???? Lmfao
I hunt with MRA; not sure who Hunter Fisher is, but theirs never been a hunter there by that name!! You will not find a better deal, better lodging, or better farms for the price and 7 days of hunting. I put my hands on 2 over 170” and personally shot a 160 plus that I lost last year!! That being said; it is bow hunting!!! Not all Indians where hunters; some had to gather sticks ext..... Don’t hesitate to book with MRA
Another horror story. Oh no. We are interested in your process of selecting the outfit and what the heck happened?

Been a year and a half.....I don't think he's going to reply.

"I thought it was common knowledge that most monster racks were frauds?! LOL" We all should know by now it's how the rack is posed...camera perspective determines reality, lol.
I'm with Apauls.... Still funny to think of Genesis saying "omg whatever". Lol
Maybe they were talking about large hooters.
This is an old thread and an old problem. Getting a great trip and avoiding getting ripped off by outfitters is so easy to avoid if you ask the right questions. I always feel bad when I see somebody getting taken for a ride. But just like a train wreck, it’s hard to look away. Ask the right 2-3 questions and avoid the heartache completely.
This guy obviously would have benefited from taking my “guided whitetail hunting” course I offered several years back.
The “best tents for whitetail hunting” refresher course was included ;-)
Kick the dust of it t-Roy. There’s guys that like that info here (although there are a few nay-sayers too). Nobody likes dealing with a bad outfitter if they can prevent it. There’s a bunch of hunters who’d appreciate it. The money and TIME SAVED would have huge value. There’s plenty of hunters that don’t like the risk associated with dealing w bad outfitters. I’m the client on 1-2 guided hunts a year and I’m all ears when it comes to preventing horror stories.
The internet is like a flock of Tom turkey....as soon as one gets wounded the flock just starts pecking away and spurring him... :)
I don't know of too many KS whitetail outfitters that are honest. Most of them are fly by night.
Mostly because the guides and outfitters convinced our legislature that is was too much trouble and expense to be licensed. Sooo they got rid of it.
The license doesn’t do much. In Illinois to get a license you have to pay a fee. No qualifications necessary. I would imagine Kansas was similar. To be a guide for an outfitter in Illinois you have to have a drivers license so you can drive the hunters to their stands. No knowledge of deer hunting required
Kansas did away with licensed outfitters in 2008? I think. When I was licensed, you had to pass an exam, buy an outfitter's license, and be BLS certified. Now, any redneck can claim to be an "Outfitter"
Lol T-roy! I knew I liked ya when I met ya!
To damn funny t-roy---------->
Good luck, Robb
