New Smoker

Saturday, I ordered a new smoker from Cabelas. Yesterday , (Wed.), it came. That is fast service and I even got it assembled with no parts left over. All it took was screwdriver. Usually, I am not allowed to touch tools. This one even comes with a meat probe. That may take some learning. I usually use a fork or knife when I don't just eat with my hands.
