I wait till after my credit card cycles on the 20th for all my apps. The 21st is app day for me every month from Dec-July, that way I never forget. I have which apps to do every 21st of the month on my phone.

When I was applying for WY I was that guy too! (grin) No more WY for me it's now off to building a couple points in AZ. WY is a great place to elk hunt so good luck to you guys getting after it!

It sounds like I am waiting till the 21st. I like waiting till the end so mine is at the top of the pile. Easier to draw tags that way;)
I can not remember if this is a beginning of the month or end of the month year for Utah though.
