Anyone elk hunt with Mangas Outfitters - Tuffy Barnett.
I hear good things about this outfitter but can't find any info via BowSite outfitter review..

I shot my first bull with Tuffy with a ML in 2007. You won't find a better outfitter than him so you can stop looking and just book with him now. He has a good feel for what animals will do. Many of my friends have went with him years ago and were real happy. He has good results on both public land and private land. What else you want to know? I'm in Arkansas and not related to I'm and don't have any reason to promote him other than he is good. AND he in a big elk part of the state!
