buck killed in north eastern Maine 50 years ago that I had redone this year with a deer I killed not 300 yds from where this one was taken. caution gun involved!

Here is a picture of the camp that I purchased off the guy 30 years ago that harvested the deer. He told me "I killed that deer 20 years ago and it only dressed out #170 lbs, cost me $25 dollars to have it mounted. You can keep it."

Roughly we have 106"s now, just have to add up tine length and abnormal points so my 180 ish maybe a tad high but I will stick to grossing 182-184"s. Shawn

So the totals are typical gross 170-0/8 net 162-5/8 non-typical gross 185-6/8 net 178-3/8 As a side note I bought the camp for $1,200 on leased land with a boat and motor. Lease has 651' of frontage on the lake. Those were the going rates in those days, man I miss those days!

I'm confused, how is non typical gross score different than typical gross score? I thought gross was the sum of all measurements with no deductions either way.
