Suggestions Open shooting stance

2017 was not kind to me. Mid back staph infections resulting in surgery and fusion; then 6 months later c-3 to c-7 cervical fusion. I have not been able to shoot my bow for a year now. I picked it up the other day, just to hold it (No shooting permitted yet). My range of motion is still very limited. Anyone with suggestion on a more open stance, anchor point etc. I am not sure I will ever be able to turn my neck enough to shoot with typical form. Thanks for any input.
