Powershift cams and hha optimizer

I recently installed an HHA Optimizer light on my Bowtech Prodigy. I generally shoot the bow in the performance, #1, setting but use the classic, #2, and comfort, #3, setting as the season progresses. Will I need to re-sight if I change settings? Should I site in on classic, #2? Any advice from those with experience with this set up would be appreciated.
