Jdee the mount in the back ground was that a volcanco once. There is a area just crossing into N..M. from Trinadad CO. .

goelk no it’s just a mountain peak but there are places near by within 20 miles that are covered in black lava rock and that volcano was 20 miles north west of the lava rock.

Had to laugh at the Snickers pics. A few times during our hunt I mentioned to my partners how I was craving a snickers. So the first place we stopped I picked one up.
Took this pic - then set it down on the center console. One of my partners setting next to me rolled down his window and grabbed it and threw it out the window as we were going 70 MPH.. Never said a word - never even looked at me. He said when I looked at him my jaw was on my chest. Funny as hell, even I laughed out loud.
