hoyt-6190's Link
Has anyone with the Cabela's Outback Lodge figured out a way to modify or simply add an awning over the door so when its wet out the inside of the tent doesn't get wet? I have googled and found this link but there are only pictures the awning. I am looking to not alter the integreity of the tent if at all possible.

They had someone sew on the awning. I have that tent and the teepee tent. Both of them have that rain in the front door issue. I need to find someone to sew on an awning on both those tents like this guy did.

So its just a matter of sewing an awning on the tent then waterproofing the seams and stitches?

Yea. I had one of my outback lodge tents get ripped in a big windstorm and got a lady to sew it up. Her seams were better than factory so I had her double the stitches around the bottom and door. I thought about having he add an awning but didn’t do it. Should do some additions to several tents to make them more functional. You can seam seal them and no problems.
