Go to YOUTUBE he has about all the info you need, just put one on and it is an improvement over the pin sight especially with my eyesight blurring on the pin, open up the sight picture.

I went through a demo with him the owner last year. I just didn't want to relearn things and start over for no reason but if your struggling with pins and distance, I wouldn't hesitate to give it a shot. Its a pretty cool deal.
