Gobbulating in the Yard

Couple days ago, it come alight frost. Had the roosters gobbulating in the yard. Season opens in two days but I doubt I'll go. Crappie are moving up.

I had a few strutters in the snow here myself a couple days ago. Hard to imagine turkey season is 10 days away when the snow finally melted yesterday.

Still 5 feet of ice here. Caught a couple of these yesterday. Always nice being end of March and starting drilling holes with your hands reaching up to the auger handle
