I killed my Billy in 2012 and been sitting in the penalty box for five years and thinking I should be able to apply again and start building my points....I suck at math but 2012 plus 5 is 2017????? I am thinking I should be able to put in???

Okay...I guess I am worse at math than I thought yeah...damn I was sure it was 2012 looked at the photo properties..2013 one more year to go...now let me go put on my dunce cap and go sit in the corner
