AXCEL Acutouch sight noise

Has anyone else had a problem with this or any Axcel sight?
I’ve sent it back 2 x already and I’m gonna send it back on Monday after getting it back today. I’ve gone as far as taking all the little unnecessary things off and even the level.
I also went and bought rubber O rings and replaced the plastic ones that it came with....
Everything it’s tight but there is still some movement if you grip and put pressure on the head.It makes noise just hitting the bow with the palm of your hand.
Any suggestions

I had the same problem. It was the course adjustment knobs on mine that vibrated. Fixed it with a spot hogg

I’m gonna send it back one more time and hope for the best... then possibly a spot Hogg in my future

Mine is dead silent. No issues with any of them.

Elk... I bought it because a couple friends have it and it’s dead quite.
This one for some reason is a rattle trap. I’m hoping they will fix it or replace it.

They certainly should, but to be honest I would say TruBall/Axcel has some of, if not thee WORST customer service in the industry. Sad because they absolutely have the best products in their fields on both sides...
