Shoot him, measure skull green, then get him to a P&Y measurer after he has dried 60 days. Looks like a decent boar, but it is impossible to predict whether he is a meat head or not.

It's impossible to tell from a picture,but I wouldn't hesitate.It's a very mature bear.Here,I'd think 19" but could easily be more,where you are.
