My daughter had a couple of nice Mulies mounted. I made a pedestal stand for them. Her boyfriend shot his first deer last fall so we put that on it as well. It’s about 90% done. Still need to complete the habitat on the base under the mounts.

Looks great, Rob! Did you scorch/char the wood on the base? (Shou sogi) or something like that?

Yes, I used a torch to char the wood. Then put a polyurethane on it.

Those Mulies need to be presented on their own....those are some very nice looking deer. lol
