Hunter and I are here at Shiloh. We plan to hunt stand 2 this evening.

Hogs move fairly early. If they don't smell you they move as normal. People show up with body wash and cologne and it's not going to happen. Hogs are dumb! Mike, be hard to beat that 200 pounder! Hunter got it done!

Hunter is sleeping in. I'm getting ready to head to 5a. We saw between 15 - 20 hogs from small to around the 130 mark. Two rams were at the feeder along time. The hog hunter shot wouldn't stop moving because of the rams but after some time he stopped to long and Hunter made a perfect shot. I guess it's grandpa turn.

Do what makes you happy! IMHO a pistol is probably harder than a bow to shoot accurately off hand. Nice eatin hog right there!

Boy, we had a great time. Hunter made it home to find out where his classrooms will be at school. He starts middle school next Wednesday. Matt, Cheryl and Les were all wonderful hosts, as always. We look forward to a return trip in Feb. Yesterday morning I couldn't pass up on one final hog before leaving. To quote INbowdude, "I am a weak man". LOL
