Sounds like the White Bass run in Wisconsin....I never heard of the "you must consume the fish before fishing for more" deal. What`s up with that?

Every year they catch guys doing this on Lake of the Woods with walleye. Now the limit is 2 per person on the expensive license. Even though I can go catch 100 walleyes in a day, you can keep 2. Thanks to all the a-holes. Pretty crazy.

Then 95% of outdoorsman are breaking the law...lol. Does that go for deer too....I know guys with meat dating back to 2012.
