Hunting with Heroes

Wyoming's Hunting with Heroes organization sponsors hunts for Veterans with 50% or more disability ratings. Judy's daughter was selected for a moose hunt last year and I have been approved for an any ELK hunt this season. Getting access to some areas and having help on call to help pack is a great help. Lifting 70# is all my fused back can handle for a short time. I'm going for archery season but may come back for later rifle season as Judy keeps reminding the freezer needs ELK. :)

Has anybody hunted with or supported Hunting with Heroes Wyoming? I'll be taking pictures for a trip report.

Here's one I did for Kim's moose hunt via phone messages and photos, Judy took our truck and equipment to support as Kim's plus 1- I got to take care of the dogs. But am glad they got to make the journey together.
