Ok guys, has anyone looked into who makes and what model, the narrowest and/or smallest elk diaphragm call? I see a few who advertise them as such, but never any actual measurements.

Check out the Primos mini sonic dome calls. Way smaller than anything else I have seen on the market.

Keep in mind, you can trim darn near any diaphragm with a pair of scissors in order to custom fit it to your palate.

They make youth sized ones. Several companies make youth or junior size models. They are much smaller than regular calls from what I have used.

Yeah, you can trim all the way down to the metal U, but if the latex retainer won't go between the teeth, it won't go. Wytex, those are what I'm looking at, youth/ladies 'sized' but online it's all a pig in a poke.
I bet I have a sonic dome ....somewhere in the gear cabinets..... Any others?

I have quaker boy mini-magnum turkey calls, they are the ONLY youth call I've ever gotten to work right. I've tried trimming others to the same size and shape, but for some reason....
They may have an elk version. If not, why not use the turkey call, I've bugled elk in with it.
