Need advice

I just got a Matthews Z3, bow shoots really well, but is kind of driving me nuts. The bow is very top heavy, annoyingly so. Any ideas to try and balance the bow out? I'm pretty new to the compound bows, is this normal for a Matthews? Any advice appreciated

I'm not familiar with the bow but i would consider a dual stabilizer setup with a back bar to help balance the bow.
