C S Cattle Ranch in New Mexico

I have a nephew and friends that are going to hunt the C S Cattle Ranch in New Mexico for Elk in September and was wondering if any of you guy's have hunted there are know anything about the place. What size Bulls should they expect to see and what kind of Luck have you had,or any other thoughts about the Ranch.

If your friend is booked there, they likely already did a lot of research. If they booked without knowing....well, that's another story.

We hunt near there on public land, sometimes up against their fence...Should be plenty of elk for you guys and some good Bulls. The fire was up that way, not sure how the ranch will be affected. It could have pushed more elk there than normal...Either way, it should be a great hunt. Water is plentiful after the monsoons, elk are drinking from the logging roads up that way.
