Noisy Lonewolf Treestand Straps

Can’t seem to keep my LW treestand straps from squeaking in cold weather when I hang in burr oaks. Only thing that quiets them is when straps get wet. Any ideas? Thinking about only hanging stands that utilize steel chains in the oaks.
