Noticed my cables wearing against the slider and sent Gearhead an email. Got an email back the next morning offering advice and to send me some replacements. 2 days later a package with two different sliders one with a roller and two new cables. Total time 3 days from email to replacements. 5 stars with the customer service from buying the bow to addressing an issue.
