Reputable butcher in Western Montana?

I'm looking for a reputable butcher anywhere between Hamilton and Missoula. Or Philipsburg/Anaconda/Butte areas. Contacted Western Meat and Sausage block in Butte and they're not taking game until October 18th due to doing a large quantity of livestock right now?

North American Foods did mine last fall...no issues.

Hamilton pack and North America meats is a toss up. If in the Missoula area. Lolo meats is the best . Hunt
