Slick Trick Magnum 125 - 38 yard shot, stopped by backside shoulder, recovery 75 yards

35 yard shot. 125 gr standard. He ran flat out for about 300 yards and crashed into some thick stuff.
Quartering away shot. Split rib going in and knocked a piece out of the rib on opposite side and stopped.

125 gr. Viper tricks. Took 4 arrows and a knife to put him down. Damned exo skeletons! But I finished the job.

125 g. Standards. 14 yards, a little high, dead centered the spinal cord. Lucky....Head was in perfect shape after surgically removing from the spine. I mean, like not even a nick in the blades. Dang impressive...

Mountainman, all of those elk were shot with an 80lb Elite Answer, 29.5" draw, 535 grain arrow (CX PileDriver 300 Spine) going 291 fps. My new setup for this year is a 70 lb Bowtech REALM, CX Maxima Hunter 350 spine, 400 grain total weight, 30" draw, doing 305 fps
