H Nock Size Arrow Suggestion?

I have been shooting FMJ400 (X nock) for the past two years. I’ve been trying different lighted nocks. Some brands of lighted nocks don’t fit (too tight) very well for the X nock. I really don’t want to modify the lighted nock. I want to try the universal pack of lighted nocks that some brands offer.
What arrow H nock would you suggest that would come close to the weight of the FMJ 400?

Lookup, Glory Nocks, they have some that have universal bushings. I have H nocks with bushings, perfect fit, great lighted nock.

Do you know the sandwich bag trick to tighten a nock? Works well.
