Thermacell Backpacker?

Anyone have experience with the Thermacell Backpacker? I like the idea of using a stove canister instead of those dinky, expensive, proprietary butane cartridges.

Three years and no problems so far. There great for using up half used canisters.

I bought one this year and lit it right before I got bit by the snake. When the good Samaritan found my camp 2 days later, he said it was still going...........................

The manufacturer says it will work up to 7,000 ft. Just a FYI if you plan to go in the mountains with it.
