Just saw this on one of those life hack sites. They sad to slip on of this femine panty liners into your boot with the sticky side down. Supposedly they are very absorbent. How about that?

Non scented antiperspirant is your friend. Much easier as well.

Never thought about the anti perspirant. If I’m cutting out poison oak I rub antiperspirant on my neck, face and wrists/forearms. clogs the pours to prevent the oils getting in.

I remember putting my Moms gigantic (super thick) "feminine pads" in my shoes when I was a kid. Felt like I was walking/running on clouds. She finally approached me and asked if I was using them in my shoes. I was too young to know better, I thought they were for your shoes.

Well, maybe they weren't "gigantic". My Mom was all of 120lbs, maybe. They were just gigantic as a little kid. I guess.
