I just saw some ground is coming up for auction near my ground. This is excellent whitetail and upland bird hunting. Auction I believe is October 19th through CARR Auction. PM me if I can help anyone interested.

Hope you make a big bunch of money offering this. At the expense of working class sportsmen in Kansas.

I have no idea. Look up the auctioneer, he will have it posted. It’s mostly CRP and boardered by a couple of shelter belts. Deer pass through. Pretty property. I hunted it a couple of times when I was a young man. Can’t remember if it was an 80 or 160?

Ks ground for sale should be for the original purpose, ag. Not how it has been construed for the moneyed hunters.

Original purpose was not ag and in all actuality was probably more of a hunting ground if you’d like to be cute.

So basically, nobody can buy property for what they want to do with it?? Hey keepemsharp....The nazi regime called, they want their dictator back.

Farmers and land barons can’t sell to who they want. To whoever has the cash. Plain and simple. Dave Easton from Kansas says so. We should all support dave in his asinine adventure.

Typical freeloader doesn’t like it when somebody sells their property to somebody who wants a place of their own to get away from the freeloaders

Thinking the "original purpose" was for bowhunting before somebody else stole it and plowed it up.
Wow. Sad that some folks who earn a living from a free market economy get all twisted when it doesn't work quite they way they approve of.

Guys Dave's age that grew up in the rural areas remember the good old days of walking out their back doors and going wherever they wanted, seldom if ever needing permission to enter land.
Times have changed for them. Us guys who grew up in the city have always needed to ask permission, and make some sort of "contribution" to hunt private land. Difficult for me to relate. Seems self centered on their part.

I would guess that most here on Bowsite grew up in rural America. Times change, I remember when farmers thought of deer as a nuisance and all you had to do is ask to hunt them. Then it went to leasing ground and now many buy it. Or join a group of guys in a club. No reason to hate! We are all in this together!!!

"Ks ground for sale should be for the original purpose,..."
Curious? How is "original purpose" any of YOUR business? Is it YOUR land? Landowner can do with it what he wants.

The over montization of hunting will be our demise. We have already started the slide, no stopping it now.

Seems the only solution is for Keepemsharp to buy it. Start farming it and open it to public hunting. Win, win.
