Just completed my Super 25 with a California Roosevelt Elk with Jim & Tina Marie at Arrow 5 Outfitters. It was a last minute opportunity and I had less than 2 weeks to adjust my schedule. I’m now at 25 of my Super Slam with just over 1/2 of those being harvested with a bow. I have been very blessed to be able to follow my dreams and I was asked to share a picture of the magnificent bull.
Nicely framed pic of a nice bull!!
I can't tell if this was an archery hunt ?? Sure looks open
Congrats on a nice bull! What do you mean by 382? The unit you killed him in?
Ya ya ya 382 3 hours to get to the ranch 8 min stalk, went 2 steps after the shot figures at 3-8-2
Here we go again.... not even close.
Congratulations on a nice bull and for getting closer to achieving your goal.
You are having a dang good year buddy!
Beautiful Stone Ram and now this dandy Rossey!
Good luck, Robb
excellent that thing looks every bit of 382
Congrats on getting one step closer to your goal!
Looking at their website success photos, it looks like they grow some bulls that score in the high 400's on that place if that one is a 382.
Thanks guys. Will post the score sheet as soon as I get home. That’s the gross score. One of the main beams is 57+ and the other is 55 if I remember correctly. Both side have 8 plus a devil tine and the mass is unbelievable. Some of you may need to look at how a Roosevelt is scored. He is an awesome bull and I could have never dreamed of killing a bull like this!
Did they score it at the ranch? I have no idea how they score them and I’m not saying it’s not a 382 bull. Based off their pricing menu I’d be surprised if they were conservative with any scores though!
Fantastic animal and great achievement. What NA species remain?
No doubt those “crowns” are going to add a crazy amount of inches to his score. Congrats.,.
It's an awesome Roosie no matter who scored it. Congrats again!
wow beautiful bull. Congrats!
Redman, very courteous comment, you're a class act!
Here's a bull my Son took last year with 51" main beams & grossed 345" -- His has 55" & 57" beams, that's a wow! Could be the photo doesn't do it justice? -- At first glance I felt 355" max gross score but I certainly could be wrong!
What a huge rosie. Very nice.
Spectacular Rosevelt Redman! Congratulations!
Good luck chasing the Super Slam!
Much better angle...what a beast!
Yep, those angles show a whole different perspective. What a great animal!
Lmao! Buncha critics. Sweet bull!
The last two pictures sure silenced the crowd. Congrats on a spectacular bull.
That’s awesome! What a beautiful animal. Well done on all your success.
Thanks again guys! I’m no expert on scoring Roosevelt Elk, but was told that all off the crown points are measured and included in the score differently than Rocky Mountain Elk.
Man, those horns are so dark. Great bull, congrats!
Those last pics shut me up! Haha. I love dark racks.
Redman is an old school BS guy no matter, give the guy shit. Got love the bowsite mafia.
Great year! Keep putting them in the dirt and good luck on your quest.
Here are the top 5 P&Y scores- 398, 378, 367, 353, 353.
Way to go Mike! Congrats!
Beautiful Bull! Congratulations and good with the rest of your quest! That is an AWESOME BULL, I love the dark collar and the tops are incredible!
