Missing his left G4, will he make the 125" minimum?

Short answer is no. Nice deer but not 125.

Gross 125, but not P&Y. Nonetheless, great buck!!!

Will be close but deduction will hurt net score. Bring up p&y scoring sheet and follow and you should be able to get close.

Lack of antler hurt a bit, but the net deductions were only 3 2/8....

No. Unless that picture is misleading. 115 range at best from what I can tell.

There more than 3 2/8” deductions. All of the G4 is a deduction since he only has a right one.

I can't see it. You essentially get to "keep" his smaller side G1, G2, G3, then the G4 which is what makes that side nicer to look at is a deduction. On the other side you have more height but it doesn't matter in a net score. Sorry, don't think it will make it but who cares. Congrats on a nice buck!

I didn't realize that was a deduction. He grosses 132 3/8.

123 3/8 with deductions as far as I can tell. Still proud of this of him and he'll be a nice addition to my euor-wall.

Great buck, who cares about score.

Nice buck....regardless. If he doesn`t have a broken tine he is a 130 class deer. He grew it to be able to break it off....so he`s a "130 class deer".

Won't make P+Y due to the broken tine. Nice buck though so who cares. Great bow kill to be proud of.
FWIW it looks like a really young deer looking at it's face. Can't see it's body but he's probably only a 3.5 year old at most. Goes to show great genetics in the area you got him. He would of been a 140" deer next year since he was so young.
Nice job. Be proud, Will eat well.

Without the broken G4....absolutely P&Y. With the broken G4....he's still knocking on the door, but as already pointed out, the deductions really hurt the net score.

Great buck! I guess I could care less if it was mine, but the missing point will probably keep it out of the book. Congratulations and thanks for the picture.

I think he will be a few inches short. As an intact 5x5 he would probably just make it.

I'll play. 17' spread, 28" mass, 20 inch beams. That's 85" so far.
Right side Gs… 6, 7, 8, 5... - 26".
Left side Gs 7, 9, 8.... - 24"
total G's - 50"
50 plus 85 = 135" gross.
Deductions in order -1, -2, -0, -5 = -8 deductions. (assuming non for mass or beams, but there probably are some minor).
NET = 127", or possibly less, but it just might squeak in. Would need more pics to get closer.

I killed a 9 pointer that grossed P&Y but netted just under. Mine had shorter tines but maybe a tad more mass. I think yours will make it.

Grossed 132 4/8 and netted 123 2/8. Young deer but he was a bruiser. Ripped and healed left ear and had a puncture wound in his right outer thigh.

I had him at 126", very similar to Jack's numbers. Close, but too close. Off by less than 3", but that keeps him out.

I would think he is close, mass measurements are tough to tell. I say he grosses over 125"s and may make 125"s net!! Nice buck either way!! Shawn
