Hey everyone. Hope all your seasons are going well. Mines been a little slow, only got out 4 times and no kills yet. This is my first post this year. I’m up in Maine for the weekend and the weather is trrrible. Warm and rainy but hey I’m hunting not working so I’ll stop complaining. I’ve got a good blind setup with an apple tree about 70yards to my 12. Huge oak to my 9 and a solid rub line to my 3. Hoping to get the nice 8 point I missed with my bow last year. Got to admit, I’m using a rifle this weekend. GL to everyone that is out. Hope you nail one. I’ll check back in throughout my hunt. Hopefully with good news and lots of blood on the ground.

Nothing yet. But at least the rain has stopped for now. And if feels like the temp is dropping so fingers Crossed I can get the Big 8 to come out and play!!

What island are you hunting on. I've had the good fortune to hunt quite a few in that area. The scenery alone is breath taking. I love hunting up there.
