I had TV on in other room. Pursuit channel. Heard this horrible crying. Had to back it up. It footage was so profoundly shocking - just had to capture with my phone and share. True embarrassment to our sport. Stan Potts got nothing on this guy. I think this was an ozonics infomercial. Lol!!!!

its the camera man's fault. he should have given the guy a minute.

that does seem to be a bit of an over-reaction. a shed tear over the accomplishment of a hunting lifetime, or sharing in the happiness of another person's accomplishment, is one thing. hysteria is a something else.

I clearly remember being 11 years old in grade 6 and getting chewed out by my grade 6 teacher and I started to cry. He took me aside outside the classroom and told me I was too old to cry. I was now a young man. I never cried again.

I understand feeling emotion after killing an animal, both sadness for taking a life and happiness for getting a great animal, bit that dude is screwed up.

Sad!!!

This thread is hilarious, the dude in the video not so much. What's even more funny is I believe this is the same guy that was an internet bully over on Iowa whitetail. Whenever someone would say something negative about one of his latest inventions he would go ballistic on them.

03-Nov-18
I could see that. Its been my experience in life that people that have never been forced to grow up, are the most emotionally unstable humans on the planet. They cry when they are happy, when they are sad, when they are mad, etc... The have no ability to match their emotion with the situation. Everything has always been about them and their personal "battle's".

From: Ambush

Probably doubling up on "his" estrogen to speed up "his" sex change procedure.

And the sweat pants are a reminder to squat when "he" tinkles. Not that"he" would mind wetting "his" pants, since "he's" already a bed wetter.

I get being choked up a bit from time to time about things that you are passionate about, but to flat out ball like a 3 year old little kid is pathetic. Even more pathetic is that they actually aired this on a TV show and that this guy has some sort of following in the hunting community.

I couldn't watch more than a few seconds of that. Good grief...grow a pair.

I refuse to watch TV hunts.....5 minutes of canned footage stretched into a half hour infomercial, and that was 10 yrs ago. I can see that it's not improved. YouTube is the only platform that I can stomach for now, but the sponsors will eventually turn it into the same thing no matter how well meaning the guys producing the videos are.

17-Nov-18
What the hell??!!

17-Nov-18
Whew......my father raised me better than that. I could only take about 15 seconds and had to shut it off. If that was in any way real, that individual is creepy. Had to resurrect...... Still can't believe this. Reminds me of when my kids were little and would cry the fake cry. Sounds real good, but total pandering, made up, and forced. What a gomer. Total ploy for the camera. I'm sure he was excited, but no tears, yet crying like a baby?!?! Looks like it backfired from reading the YT comments. Yep. The full version is even more pathetic than just the recovery scene. I DO want to get some of those trailcams he’s using, though! At about the 3:30 minute mark, he is programming his camera. Those cameras don’t even need batteries evidently!

Also, If he’s hunting in Iowa, I’ve never seen that much green foliage in mid October, let alone November, even in southern Iowa. I could be wrong, I guess. He even lost it when he found that shed, for crying out loud! (no pun intended)
