3 points for 100 percent draw for non residents but 2 should do it for most people

I'd want more than 2. Last years pools were 2.1667; 2.2000; 2.2500; 2.3333; 2.4000 and up.

My best guess is that "a few" 2 point applicants will get lucky and that >2 is a pretty safe bet.

Hell yes it sucks. Last time I had a general license I got skunked. Filled a cow tag this year but it was tough. Killed the only one I saw luckily. Montana is where it’s at.

Ohio, as noted in my reply above, 2.1667 was the minimum point pool to have 100% success (60 apps).
